We had a great return to training and it was fantastic to welcome two new players, who slotted into position as if they had always been there.
We started with a new captain for the season so well done Emily and good luck in your new role and to Casey now stepping in as vice.
A couple of announcements
We have been invited to a tournament by the Syngenta CP Team in Scotland.
Please save the dates 24th – 26th June 2022 at Stirling University. More details to follow.
We have arranged a home fixture against AFC Bournemouth on 16th October.
The plan is to play in the morning (usual time slot) and then take both teams down to Ashton Gate in the afternoon to watch the senior teams playing each other in the main Championship fixture.
Please let us know:
1. If you are available for the CP fixture
2. If you are keen to come in the afternoon to the Ashton Gate match. The usual arrangement is two tickets per child, but let me know if you need more than that – nothing can be guaranteed but Sam will do his best!!
